ASME B31.3 Process Piping

Carbon, stainless, and alloy systems (gases, acids, caustics, solvents). Prefabrication, spool maps, isometric control, and field fit-up. Orbital and manual GTAW/SMAW/GMAW per WPS/PQR/WPQ. NDE coordination: VT, PT, MT, RT, PMI, ferrite and hardness testing.

Equipment Setting & Tie-Ins

Pumps, vessels, exchangers, skids, and packaged systems. Anchor bolt surveys, grouting, precision leveling and alignment. Hot and cold tie-ins with lockout, permits, and contingency plans. Start-up support and system turnover documentation.

Testing & QA/QC

Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing with calibrated instrumentation. Leak testing, torque and tension control, bolt tagging. ITPs, weld logs, material traceability, and DMR packages. Owner training and final QA walk-downs.

Safe Work Planning, Outage Execution
